Lynne Mitschke

Lynne has 15 years of experience providing residential architectural support services to architects, homeowners, contractors, and engineers, including drafting, design, review and management of construction documents, and permitting through building departments and regulatory agencies.
Since 2007 her focus has been on green building and her company now provides green building design, consultation, T-24 energy compliance reports, HERS II reports, and Build It Green GreenPoint ratings for new and existing single family and multifamily residential buildings.
Lynne is a graduate of UCSC with additional academic training in Architecture and Building Code. She holds a certificate in Green Building Construction and Design from SDSU. She is a LEED AP Building Design and Construction and a member of the San Diego Green Building Council‘s Residential Subcommittee. Lynne is a BPI Building Analyst, HERS I and II compliance inspector, ICC-Certified CALGreen Inspector/Plans Examiner, and a Certified Energy Plans Examiner Residential and Non-Residential through CABEC.

Katie Teare

Katie has dedicated the past nine years to supporting homeowners in their pursuit of sustainable building practices as a GreenPoint Rated and LEED consultant for single and multifamily homes. She played a key role as Chair of the San Diego Green Building Council’s Residential Committee for six years, where she focused on spreading awareness about green building through initiatives like the annual Green Homes Tour. Katie holds certifications as a LEED AP-Homes and Certified Green Building Professional, and she has a combined MBA/MPA degree in Sustainable Solutions. Her work reflects a deep commitment to promoting environmentally conscious choices in the construction industry.

Nolan Mitschke
GPR Testing
Nolan Mitschke supports the HERS testing for GreenPoint Rated projects such as blower door and airflow testing. He has a multifaceted educational and professional background in plant cultivation, research, and sustainability, all of which support his passion for environmental conservation.
